Alfresco designs and builds outdoor living spaces. Any project details, designs, or proposals shared through our website or communication channels are for informational purposes until confirmed by a signed contract.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Copy, distribute, or misuse content without permission.
Submit false or misleading information.

3. Payments

All payments for services are handled securely. We use QuickBooks for invoicing and payment processing. Payment terms and schedules will be detailed in your service agreement.

4. File Sharing & Storage

Project files, renderings, and related documents may be shared via Dropbox and Google Drive. While we use these trusted providers, we are not responsible for any data breaches, downtime, or issues caused by third-party platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, renderings, and content created by Alfresco remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and a service contract states otherwise. Website content may not be copied, modified, or reused without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alfresco is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use.
Issues caused by third-party tools (QuickBooks, Dropbox, Google Drive).
Any delays or interruptions outside of our reasonable control (e.g., weather, supply shortages).
